Making a reservation
When confirming a reservation, a non refundable deposit equalling the cost of the first night of accommodation will be required. This will apply regardless of the length of visit booked. This initial payment will count towards the cost of your accommodation total. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made. Failure to pay the prepayment 14 days prior to arrival will be deemed to be a cancellation. Credit card details which are used to secure the booking will also be used as a guarantee against any extra charges incurred during your stay.
In the event of a cancellation, the payment for the initial nights accommodation is non refundable. Provided more than 14 days notice is provided, we will refund the remaining balance. We reserve the right to charge full pre payment and/or vary the terms without notice. Cancellations must be made in writing/ email and will only be effective on the date of receipt. Should exceptional circumstances result in a necessity to cancel your booking, we will make all reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative, or refund any sum paid. This will constitute final settlement of any liability we may have to you as a result of a cancellation.
During peak periods when demand is increased, we reserve the right not to take bookings of less than two nights. Any weekend bookings or bookings made for two nights in high demand periods which are subsequently cancelled to a one night reservation will be charged for two nights.
We reserve the right of discretion over any bookings
Unless otherwise agreed, the accommodation will usually be made available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Unless agreed in advance accommodation must be vacated on the day of departure by 10.30am, and keys/ car park pass returned to the concierge. Additional delay in vacating a room beyond the agreed time may result in an additional night’s accommodation being charged to you.
Liability
Any keys/ car park passes which are not returned on the day of departure will result in a charge of £30.00. Should any items in the apartment be damaged, the credit card number taken on arrival will be charged as appropriate and you will be notified. Please note that accommodation should be left in a clean & tidy order and you will be responsible for any damage to the apartment and its contents during your stay which may have occurred due to negligence or omission. Any damage should be reported without delay.
Occupants
Only persons noted to us prior to arrival may occupy the accommodation. The number of beds available dictates the number of people permitted to occupy the accommodation, and this number may not be exceeded.
Pets
As a rule, we do not permit pets in the apartments.
Complaints
In the event of any dispute, or if we receive serious complaints, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without notice.
